All services focus on managing project-delivery processes that support better outcomes and minimize team stress. They include: DIY digital protocols and courses, corporate workshops, one-to-one training, and DFY (done for you) consulting services that work ahead of or in parallel with other professional services.
Our approach is grounded in the Selftropy® theory of agentic wellbeing and based on the Dochia Hybrid Method® of participatory design. Services work as plug-and-play or in tandem, and include behavioural adaptation, psycholinguistic protocols, and spatial design solutions. Our clientele includes corporate teams, professional associations, and private individuals.
Site updates in progress. Thank you for your patience.
The Dochia Hybrid Method® combines design and non-design tasks, alongside DIY and DFY options, to deliver co-created projects more efficiently and transparently.
Started in the construction industry and developed as a contemporary alternative to the antiquated fully-DFY (do it for you) model, the methodology recognizes the client as an active participant within the project team rather than a passive recipient of professional directives.
The framework is designed for the co-creative realities of today’s construction industry, where complex teams, multi-point coordination, and layered success criteria require more flexible and collaborative delivery structures. The protocols apply principles from spatial design, communication, psycholinguistics, and decision-making to strengthen the building process and reinforce how people work within it.
Research across construction and project-management fields consistently identifies communication breakdowns, expectation misalignment, unclear scope interpretation, and coordination failures as main contributors to delays, disputes, rework, and project inefficiency. Developed through research-informed inquiry and tested across design services, communication, and education, the framework has evolved over 25 years into a structured methodology bridging environments, behavior, and human interaction.
“These professional methodologies have been developed from Selftropy®, an interdisciplinary framework examining the relationship between environment, psycholinguistic communication, behavioral patterns, time structure, and wellbeing. Developed through over eight years of research-informed inquiry and applied practice, Selftropy bridges spatial design, cognitive functioning, and human interaction to support healthier ways of living, working, building, and relating.”
